1. Our Services tm-dev.co.uk provides specialist disaster recovery, business continuity, and crisis management consulting services worldwide. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Assessment
- Development of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) Plans
- DRaaS (Disaster Recovery as a Service) Strategy and Implementation Consulting
- Cyber Resilience Strategy
- Plan Testing, Simulation Exercises, and Training
2. No Guarantees You acknowledge that our Services are designed to help you prepare for and mitigate the risks of potential disasters. While we adhere to the highest professional standards, we cannot and do not guarantee that our Services will prevent all possible business interruptions, data loss, or other damages. The ultimate responsibility for implementing plans and ensuring business resilience rests with you, the client.
3. Client Obligations To enable us to provide our Services effectively, you agree to provide timely and accurate information, access to relevant personnel and systems, and to make decisions as required.
4. Confidentiality We will treat all non-public information received from you in the course of our engagement as strictly confidential. We will not disclose such information to any third party without your prior written consent, except as required by law or as necessary to perform the Services (e.g., to our own staff or vetted sub-contractors who are bound by similar confidentiality obligations). These obligations will be further detailed in a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
5. Intellectual Property
- Client Deliverables: Upon full and final payment for our Services, you will own the specific plans, reports, and other deliverables we create for you.
- Our Methodology: We retain all intellectual property rights to our underlying proprietary methodologies, frameworks, tools, and know-how used to create the deliverables.
6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with our Services or these Terms shall be limited to the total fees paid by you to us for the specific services from which the claim arises. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, data, or business opportunity.
7.
